Pew Charitable Trusts has acquired a 10-story office building and will be leasing 90 percent of the space at below-market rates to nonprofit groups.  A Washington Post post story highlights Pew's acquisition and mentions the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington for its 2007 report on the number of national and international nonprofits that serve the greater Washington area.
