Grand Victoria Foundation
The Grand Victoria Foundation has published the Insiders Guide to Outside Advice to help nonprofits make better use of consultants. The toolkit includes a project planning tool, a sample RFP, proposal screening tool, reference checking tool, interviewing tool, sample letter of agreement, contract guide, and project evaluation model.
