Funding for Housing and Community Facilities

District of Columbia's Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development

The Office of the District of Columbia's Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (ODMPED) has released a Notice of Funding Opportunity for pre-development grant funds for a range of housing and community facility projects in 12 targeted neighborhoods in Washington DC. Up to $5,000,000 in funds are available to support predevelopment activities for the construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing, mixed-use and community-based facility projects in one or more of the 12 neighborhoods.
