Street Outreach Program
US Department of Health and Human Services
$5,000,000 is available from the US Department of Health and Human Services to fund 50 awards up to $200,000 for nonprofits to conduct outreach programs designed to build relationships between grantee staff and runaway, homeless, and street youth.
