Meyer Foundation Awarded Gold for Excellence in Communications

The Meyer Foundation has received two gold awards for excellence in communications from the 2007 Wilmer Shields Rich Awards program. Sponsored by the Council on Foundations, the national awards program recognizes effective communications efforts to increase public awareness of foundations and corporate giving programs.

The Meyer Foundation received two gold awards—one for its 2005 annual report and the other for its website. The award will be presented at the 58th Annual Conference of the Council on Foundations in Seattle on Monday, April 30, 2007. Entries to the awards program included annual reports, newsletters, special reports, public policy campaigns and websites. This year 174 entries were submitted to the awards program.
