CDSC Retrospective: 18 Years of Revitalizing DC Neighborhoods
The Community Development Support Collaborative (CDSC) was created by the Meyer and Fannie Mae foundations to strengthen nonprofits dedicated to revitalizing DC neighborhoods. After 18 years of grantmaking, the CDSC closed its doors at the end of 2011. A Retrospective: 1993-2011, celebrates the power of collaboration between local banks and foundations, and honors the many accomplishments of CDSC-supported nonprofits to build and preserve affordable housing, fuel economic development, and advocate for policies that benefit low-income DC neighborhoods.
